Treatment options:

Psychotherapy (mainstay): working to improve relationships with others, preventing crises, and helping the person experience feelings they are not comfortable having.

Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR): a treatment method that integrates traumatic memories with the patient's own resources, is being increasingly used in the treatment of people with dissociative identity disorder.
Hypnotherapy
Psychopharmacologic agents: assisting to treat any co-existing depression, anxiety, anger, and/or impulse-control concerns.
Of note: Reintegration used to be the goal of psychotherapy, but it often negatively perceive by patients as practitioner trying to get rid of, or "kill," parts of them.
